You know that feeling when you walk into a place and just know it's gonna be good? That's our restaurant. We've got Chef Michael running the kitchen, and honestly, the guy's a genius with seasonal ingredients.

Located on the 12th floor, we're serving up contemporary Canadian cuisine that'll make you rethink everything you thought you knew about hotel dining. Floor-to-ceiling windows mean you're getting those city views while you eat - it's pretty spectacular, especially around sunset.

Breakfast: 6:30 AM - 11:00 AM

Lunch: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Dinner: 5:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Reservations highly recommended, especially on weekends

Twenty-three floors up, this is where Toronto comes to unwind. We're talking panoramic views that stretch from the lake to the towers, craft cocktails that our mixologists actually put thought into, and a vibe that's sophisticated without being stuffy.

Summer nights? We've got an open-air terrace. Winter? Our glass-enclosed lounge keeps you cozy while you're still soaking in those views. Come for the sunset, stay for the cocktails, leave with stories.

Got a special occasion coming up? Both the Emerald Room and Flare Rooftop have private spaces that can handle everything from intimate dinners for 8 to full buyouts for 150 people.

We'll work with you to create a custom menu, and honestly, our events team makes the whole process pretty painless. They've done everything from proposal dinners to corporate galas, and they know their stuff.
